Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid program seats confirmed by invoice. Informational prices on the website are not charges. Requests must come from the payer or an authorized firm contact.

Timeframe

Full-refund requests must arrive in writing at least fourteen (14) calendar days before the cohort start date. Requests within fourteen days of start may qualify for a partial refund as described below.

Full or partial refunds

Cancellations fourteen or more days before start: full tuition refund minus any non-refundable deposits stated on the invoice. Cancellations within fourteen days but before the first live session: fifty percent (50%) of tuition. After the first live session begins: no tuition refund unless required by mandatory Korean consumer law.

Non-refundable items

Third-party exam fees, shipping of printed materials (if any), and custom firm template development billed separately are non-refundable once work has started. Alumni channel access granted after completion is not refundable as a standalone item.

Refund process

Email contact@analogousaidev.digital with subject “Refund request”, your invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and decide within ten business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within fifteen business days after approval. Bank wires may take additional clearing time depending on your institution.

Cancellation by Analogous AI Dev

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of tuition paid for that cohort.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or military mobilization may allow alternative accommodations at our discretion. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may delay resolution.
